A Physicist's Recommendation

About a year ago, a physicist out of Orlando wanted us to switch to Brachytherapy Services, as he had been using BSI for some time and was very satisfied with the service.  At first I was hesitant, because I like to pick a vendor and stick with them.  However, the rep that came from BSI was very helpful and informative.  I didn't really realize the difference until we started using them.  The seeds always arrived on time, right when they said they would.  And just recently, I had a last minute case scheduled, and I called BSI on Tuesday for a case that was scheduled that Friday.  Amazingly, they were able to process my order and the seeds arrived on time that Thursday.  If it had been any other company, I'm sure we would've had to reschedule.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with BSI’s service.  Staff is always courteous, and ordering is simple.  I may have hesitated switching, but now I wouldn't have anyone else delivering our seeds!  I know I can trust BSI and their service.
